Dear Me, Love Me: Self-Care with Sarah

Sarah Polite has been on a wellness journey since moving to Greenville that has been an all immersive lesson in self care. Through the yoga classes and bike rides something that has become so important to her has been writing and documenting the journey not by the scale or pant size but through her words. Sarah began writing herself letters on her birthday each year and in moments of celebration as a way to reflect on the year that has passed and look forward to the year ahead. She thought The Ness Fest would be a wonderful moment to pause, reflect and look ahead by creating a comfortable space for you to sit and write a letter yourself a letter.

Stop by and see Sarah to write about the weekend and all the things in your mind and on your heart as you experience the festival and prepare to take the moments home with you.

Sarah Polite left NYC and her career in television production after 14 years for the pursuit of pause and to live a healthier and happier life. She has found it here in Greenville, S.C. where she’s been on a health and wellness journey this past year that hasn’t included the scale but has included so many celebrations along the way. She’s found her voice through writing and shares her experiences and lessons on her blog and Instagram as she learns them.

Sarah loves practicing yoga and riding her bike on the Swamp Rabbit trail. You may have seen her working at The Village Grind and White Duck Taco and can be found spending time at both places even when she’s not working at them. She rides her bike to work often and is grateful every single day for it.
